Don't be pushed into buying expensive new hearing aids when 97% can be repaired by our shop in a just few days!

Here's how it works:

Print the order form and fill it out (or if you don't have access to a printer...hand-write the same information on a separate sheet).

If you would like, pay securely on-line now with Paypal. Click the button to the left.

In a sturdy box, include the order form, check (if applicable) and hearing aid wrapped in tissue or other packing material. Please do not use envelopes for shipping!

Send the box to us using your choice of traceable delivery methods. (i.e. UPS, Fed Ex or USPS with Tracking). Insurance is highly recommended. We can not be responsible for packages that don't make it to our location.

We will fix your hearing aid promptly and return it to you via your choice of delivery methods. We will contact your right away with repair options if the repair is not covered under our standard fee (i.e. needs new shell).
