Why trust us with your hearing aids?...

Here's how it works:
1. Print the order
form and fill it out (or if you don't have access to a printer...hand-write
the same information on a separate sheet).
2. In a sturdy box, include the order form, check (if applicable) and hearing
aid wrapped in tissue or other packing material. Please do not use
envelopes for shipping!
3. Send the box to us using your choice of traceable delivery methods. (i.e.
UPS, Fed Ex or USPS with Tracking) We can not be responsible for
packages that don't make it to our location.

4. We will fix your hearing aid promptly and return it to you via 2nd Day Air. We will contact your right away with repair options if the repair is not covered under our standard fee (i.e. needs new shell).
